The food here is good but customer service is shockingly horrible. I ordered pizza and when my husband went to pick it up an... hour later, it was not done. They told us it would be half an hour but when my husband went back in almost an hour later, thefood was still not done. The pizza maker cursed at my husband and said they were too "effed" up to make the order. When myhusband demanded a refund, someone who seemed like the manager/owner cursed at him and threatened to physically assault him. Iwish I were making this up. I've never had a more insane experience with a restaurant. A month later we still haven't revived arefund after calling twice. They stole our money, provided no service, and threatened violence. I ordered the taco saladto go. I paid on a card and left the tip blank. When my food came out I put a cash tip in the jar. I?m so lucky to live near my new favorite pizza joint! Everything about Eastside Pizzeria (Little Canada location) has been... fantastic! I?ve only been there five times for takeout, but every time it has been perfect! Great crust, awesome sauce and verygood toppings. The only thing better than the pizza are the owners and employees.
