Was not given my receipt, so I had to reach over the counter to get it. I asked for half and half chicken and it was all mild.... When I wanted to ask a question, I was told I had to wait. Many employees, but not actually working. I asked for honey andketchup and received three honeys for seven biscuits. Received four packages of ketchup for a box of fries. Today I went to Popeyes in Little Elm for the first time in a year against what my gut told me. I ordered the 2 can dine for... 11:99 which suppose to have 5 pieces of chicken. I only got 4, I won't be going back. This place has gone down in the dumps. Ifyou're smart you wouldn't go to this location or any other location. I'm done with the sorry customer service. Absolutely the least caring fast food staff in the industry. This is definitely top down management style. Staff could not care... less about the customer, the food quality, or efficiency. Save yourself the frustration and literally go anywhere else. Read more
