I don?t know what happened to this place, but it?s gone down hill. Bagel bistro used to be my favorite place in town but wow,... what a disappointment. Last time, my bagel wasn?t fully cooked. All dough in the middle. Gave it one last chance. Just got homeand my entire order is COMPLETELY wrong. The employee was profusely sweating and rushing around. I was literally the firstperson there as he was opening the store (late btw!) so there wasn?t a long line or anything like that. Sad to say I will notbe returning. Read more
Love this place. I?ve lived in nyc where I had a bagel every weekend. Grew up in jersey. Lived all over. When I moved to little... falls I tried every bagel place in a 10 minute drive (like 10). The bagels made here are some of the best I have ever had. Fresh, soft inside, hard crunchy outer crust. And the Sandwiches that... are made with these bagels, Delicious. With just the right proportions of meat, egg and cheese, with a small splash of ketchupand a lite sprinkle of salt & pepper. You know I will be coming back for more. Read more
I wish I could take this bagel shop and plop it in my town! Bagel Bistro is 5 minutes away from my job, so I frequent in the... mornings when I forget to make myself something - they never disappoint. This is keeping in mind that there is a bagel placeright down the street near my place that I skip in favor of Bagel Bistro. My food is always ready quickly so I can just run inand grab it before work, and the food just hits that spot in a way no other place locally does. The bagels are soft and chewy,and the sandwiches are always just the right ratio of egg/cheese/meat/bread (a lot of places really skimp on the filling andleave you with just a bready bite).
