Heard good things about The Throttle Bar, and they were right. The staff was very friendly they all helped each other. The food... was really good. I'd recommend the Rachael with fries, maybe some curds on the side. Read more
Been there for many events over several owners, gone down hill in all ways. Bartender said we couldn't eat at the only table... that could accommodate my husband using a cane, another friend, and myself! So much for treating people right. Used to be a funplace, now one we'll avoid. Read more

Practically grew up in this place as a kid back when the AFB was still open. Has changed a lot since back then. Friendly staff,... and the bar is in good shape. Was a pleasure to stop in and have a beer while reminiscing about old times. Will happily stopin again next time I'm in the UP! Read more
