The "GM" Leah is unprofessional, disrespectful, and flat out rude. After making BOTH our pizzas wrong we simply called up there... to ask if we can either have the pizzas fixed, or a refund. And she began to rudely explain every aspect of her job to me,rather than simply apologize and offer to fix the mistake. We made the mistake of trusting them with dinner plans, and by thetime the wrong orders came everything else was closed. My family has frozen burritos for dinner tonight so if you can't tell I'mupset. She would only refund 1 pizza, yet they are both in the trash! I know SHE doesn't care that we won't be back, But peoplelike LEAH are the reason businesses fail. My family and I went to Damgoode Pies on 5/15/2022. We walked in and let them know we needed a table for nine. They... reluctantly said they have no wait staff, and only two employees working, so we would have to wait in ourselves. That wasperfectly fine, so we grabbed a couple of tables and moved them together, then went to the bar to place an order for drinks andappetizers. We ordered Fred Bread, and it came out quickly and perfectly. After the rest of my family arrived, I wrote downour order and went to the bar to place it. I ordered a 1 large The Greek stuffy with red sauce, 1 large Classic Pepperonistuffy with red sauce, 1 10 inch Chicken Supreme with red sauce, a 10 inch Hand tossed BBQ chicken, and cheese sticks for my 10month old granddaughter. They came out to the table to let us know that there is minced garlic on the cheese sticks, and askedif we wanted the garlic omitted since it was for the baby. Mama said garlic is good, but please slice the cheese sticks verysmall. Next thing I know, the cheese sticks were ready, and the baby went to town on them. She couldn?t eat the whole thing,so a few of us helped a little. The cheese sticks were perfect. I told them to yell when the pizzas were ready, because Iwould go get them and bring them to our table. He thanked me . But he didn?t yell. I just happened to glance up and see thepizzas being sliced and set on the counter to be brought to the table, so I jumped up to help. He made sure I didn?t burnmyself on the pans. I only had The Greek, because that?s my favorite, but every single person said the pizzas were amazing. Iknow The Greek was phenomenal. I?m glad I got the large so I can have leftovers, which I will not share. They came to ask if weneeded boxes, and I met him at the counter so he didn?t have to bring them out. Changing my previous negative review to a positive one! Most every employee there has been great and really nice. Also, the best... menu item is their cheese sticks with roasted garlic. Make sure to get their garlic dip. So good! Read more
Don't let the Aesthetics deter you,,the Pandemic has hit every buisness pretty hard, and doing this time they are short staff... and only doing delivery and pick-up, but we were visitors out of town and Tutus( ????the boss?)) opened up the patio and made itavailable for us.
