Ordered food online, said it would be ready in 15min. Arrived after about 20minutes and told them my name and the cashier called... it out but nobody said anything back to her confirming that they?ll take care of it. So she asked me to step to the side whileshe took another customer order so I went to sit down. After waiting 15-20minutes, I noticed the lady who ordered behind mereceived her food. So i went To the counter and it took them 5 minutes to finally acknowledge me and when i told Them my name,nobody could locate my order. So i had To tell them guy my order agin and WAIT ANOTHER 15-20min for them to make it. Aftergetting my order, i Never received an apology or any sign or remorse for the wait or for them forgetting about my order. The guyjust handed me the food. The staff here are the coolest and most kind group of people. I'm from out of state, and being a local guide I try to visit... spots that we have back home, but in a different state. When there was minor confusion about my order, they fixed it with asmile. This particular day it seemed like everyone on the line, including the cashier (T' Andria), worked as a real team gettingpeople taken care of. Very polite and quick service. Decent burger with lots of free options for add-ons. Wish there were more options than just fries... as I'm not a huge fan of their style of fries but they were good if that's your jam. Clean and plenty of seating with outdoorseating as well. Read more
