My first time eating here was Tuesday, 09/13/2022, I ordered Phillie steak sub... It was absolutely spectacular! It was amazing!... The cooks name was an older African American guy, Mr. Willie, I believe and he rocked it! However I went back today, Thursday,09/15/2022, two days later for the same thing, it's still good but prepared by someone else and I regret to say that the tasteis very different. It wasn't even close to being the same, the taste and presentation was way off! BUT IT WAS STILL GOOD JUSTNOT BETTER THAN WHAT I HAD TUESDAY!! I have lots of family and friends who eat at Gino's all the time and they wouldn't eatanywhere else and now...I agree!!! Read more

I had a craving for a good Philly Cheesesteak. Gino's on Geyer Springs in SW Little Rock was just the place. I haven't had one... in a very long time. This sandwich was exactly what I was wanting. The bread was soft and all the innards were grilled andcovered in cheese. This is a sandwich you eat with a fork. Don't leave a morsal behind! I have never tried the pizza at Gino's,but I won't sleep on this choice in the future. The crust was substantial without being too thick. The toppings on the meatlovers was plentiful. ???? first time wanting to try them out. I call & I don't get a hello/ thank u for.... instead I get ????"Gino's we close in... 10mins & we not taken walkins or order & it's cash only. Click" ????????well dang guess ya'll closing an hour early now??? Rude,guess it don't matter what the pizza taste like. The Customer service is 0. Next time get an answer machine that says sorry, butat this time we are no longer taken orders. It sounds more professional & polite. Read more
