If I could give 0 stars, I would. The food is always great, but the service? Subpar, at best. I do not EVER leave bad reviews, I... always give restaurants the benefit of the doubt & I haven't ever had a bad experience more than once. But this Jason's Deli isa joke. This is the third time I've had a negative experience. I don't know why there are so many people working up front if allthey are going to do is stand around & talk to one another while literally only three people work. The quality of the food isgreat, like I said, tastes great, looks great. But the putting together of the food in a to-go is like it's written in anancient text, because somehow I never get the extra items that I paid for. Again, I don't do bad reviews, I HATE even thethought of making someone's day bad, but a manager needs *attempt* to open his eyes to this & stop being a nice guy. Read more
They were very courteous and answered all of our questions. The food was warm and fresh and delicious! It was a little pricey... but I know that everything has gone up and caused them to raise their prices and that it is not their fault. It took quite awhile but home cooked food like that usually does take time so we weren't bothered. Everyone was professional and it had a niceatmosphere. Not too bad at all! Read more
If I could put 0 stars I would. It should not take over 45 minutes to make a veggie sandwich and fix a bowl of potato salad at... 1:30 on a Sunday. - Every time I eat at this establishment they take over 30 minutes to make my food. Don?t even bother usingcurbside pickup because they will not bring it to your car, you?ll be inside begging them for a refund or to just give you yourfood. I only gave a 1 star to leave a review but they deserve a 0. Probably some of the rudest customer service I have ever... experienced. The door was still locked 15 minutes after they were supposed to be open, the food was cold and literally thrown onour table. Never once were we greeted and every booth we tried to sit at was dirty.
