This place was horrible!!! 1. Placed my order 2.assistant told me it would take 30 min for a 3 piece dinner 3. Waited 45 min to... receive my order. 4. They forgot my fries. Another 20 min 5. Service was horrible, horrible, horrible. 6. Why do peopleapply/hire employees who really don?t want to be there? 7. Owner should adopt Chick-fil-A hiring practice. 8. I forgot, afterwaiting 45 min for my order?. Chicken was not fully cooked. I would advise anyone who is thinking about ordering anything fromthis KFC? DON?T DO IT!!!! Pulled up to the West Markham Little Rock location on a Tuesday at noon. The drive up line was long, so I parked to go inside,... but door was locked. So I got in the drive up line. The cars in front of me took forever to order. When I finally got to thespeaker I couldn?t get anyone to answer for about 5 minutes. I decided to pull around to the window to complain and order there.When I looked in the window, the entire place was empty. There were 6 cars behind me that were still in line to order. If youare closed for whatever reason, put out a notice on the drive through. Or at least turn off your menu sign. A waste of 20minutes. Went across the street to Popeyes Chicken. Read more
Worst KFC ever on west Markham west little rock. Often a long wait just to get to the speaker to order to find out they are out... of Original recipe write meat. In the last few weeks it has been awful service. Once I got to the speaker to place my order andthe person said we are in the middle of a shift change at 4pm and I ask so what does that mean and she said return in 30minutes. Another time I went at noon and the guy said we probably want open for a couple of hours. Another time I order the 3pick big box after a.long wait because they were out of wings and when I drove off the order only included 3 drum sticks. Over$11 Really??? Read more
Food is ok. But you will not get a correct order going through the drivethru. I don?t go here often because of the likelihood... something will be messed up. Usually it?s something small like forgetting a fork or sauce, but sometimes it?s bigger issues.I?ve worked fast food before, so I know how frustrating it can be, but something as simple as making sure your drive thrucustomers have a fork and their sauce shouldn?t be a problem. Haven't eaten KFC in years. I was disappointed again. I ordered and paid. No problem. Ashani, the Cashier was nice. ... Restaurant was clean. Anytime I've been in here, hardly anyone dining in. As Ashani was putting my order together, they didnot have 1 piece that I had ordered. It was prime time dinner time. It wasn't late. Ashani asked to substitute a differentpiece, but I declined and asked how long to fry one. She said it would take 25 minutes to fry one. I asked for my refund andshe asked if for whole order. I said yes and had no problem receiving my charge back. I just have to check my account now. What an inconvenience. Ashani was nice about all of it. I didn't get mad or anything. I went across the street to get mychicken and it was cheaper for 4 pieces than the 2 pieces that I had ordered here. Wow. Read more
