Ordered online and showed up when the app told me to, just to find out my pie wasn't even in the oven yet. Problem with them... new fangled computers and what not, I was told by the "manager" but have a seat I'm putting it in right now, you'll be out ofhere in 10 minutes. Ok stuff happens I think and sit down, what a show I saw as the orders piled up. "Manger telling walk ins heis too busy to take orders and to download the app. Seemed like the door dash people that were waiting knew more about what wasgoing on than the "manager". 20 minutes later I ask the "manager" how much longer, only to be told that my pie didn't get putin 20 minutes ago but if I wanted to wait. I was baffled when I asked how that happens I was told he didn't know it didn't getput in until just now when I asked. If you've been running a trencher in the cold all day and just want some za and a hot bathdo not use this location the pressure of baking pizza is too much the "manager". P.S. I don't think the problems are with thecomputer system. Read more
First the App SUCKS!! We live 15 miles from this Papa Johns. App did carry out instead of Delivery then it ordered it from a... location we have NEVER AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM AGAIN. Waited at the front window with 3 others then this cute little girlcomes in and they spoke with her. None of the rest of us. I will NEVER ORDER PAPA JOHNS AGAIN. PERIOD. Read more
It didn't take octomom this long to deliver. If you can't get a pizza delivered in under 2 hours, why would you say it would... only be 25-30 minutes? I guess all that matters is that we already paid. Maybe John should take a break from killing animalsand focus on putting them on pizza since his incompetent staff is completely incapable of running his business anywhere exceptin the ground. I am still waiting on this pizza. If you would have asked me what I'd like as my last meal, this would not havebeen my answer. Oh look the pizza's here!! The delivery driver was very apologetic and gave us a cookie pizza as a peaceoffering, but when we opened the box there was a piece already missing!
