It was a busy Wednesday evening, but we were sat immediately with a 6:30 reservation. We were greeted by Carla, an obviously... experienced wait staff who was knowledgeable about the menu offerings as well as the full range of cocktails available. Sheprovided timely service, and a sense of humor that we enjoyed immensely. We couldn’t have had a better waiter. The appetizers, salad, and entree arrived perfectly spaced to allow one to settle before the next course was served. Aside from great food, Iconsider this to be the mark of a great dining experience. Petit and Keet should be on your go to list if you’re a local, andmost definitely recommended as one of the restaurants (along with her sister restaurant, Cypress Social, in Maumelle) fortravelers who have heard of Little Rock’s emergence as a culinary destination. They have set the standard for excellence thelast several years, and as a frequent patron of both, I can attest to the consistent quality of the food, and the competence andprofessionalism of their staff and management. It may be coming, but I have yet to experience an “off night” at eitherrestaurant over dozens of visits. Read more

They have limited parking, so I parked across the street. I felt as if our server was annoyed the whole time. The food was... pretty good. We ordered the brussel sprouts, calamari, and tuna for appetizer. The tuna didn’t seem fresh. It had a smell. The brussel sprouts were very good. My chicken dish was so good! I really enjoyed it. The manager and owner checked on ourtable, which was very nice. Read more

My mother was in town visiting and I wanted to show her that Little Rock has some really good food. So we went to P&K since I... had many good experiences there in the past. Her dish was really good (Lasagna with eggplants) but mine was very disappointing(miso salmon). The worst part was not the overcooked and burnt salmon but the comments from the Manager. He asked me what Ididn’t like with the dish and I said that I was very excited when the server asked me how I liked my salmon cooked. I askedfor medium but unfortunately I got a piece that was overcooked. To describe it better, I said that it weirdly had the texture ofa frozen salmon. The Manager smiled at me and said that Arkansas is pretty far from the coast, that fresh fish wasn’tsomething available here and that yes their fish is frozen. How insulting was this comment to all the awesome restaurants inLittle Rock serving delicious salmon? I’m sorry but if you think your dish isn’t fresh then don’t put it on the menu.Salmon is shipped deep frozen like many other fishes but it doesn’t mean that it can’t taste fresh. A passing serveroverheard the Manager’s comment and came to apologize for his comments. She said that his comments were out of place andconfirmed that their miso salmon is usually very fresh and delicious. I didn’t ask for anything but the server didn’tcharge me for the dish and also gave me an appetizer. I’m giving 1 star for the lasagna and 1 to our awesome server who wasprofessional and sweet. I want to insist on the fact that I remained polite and even tipped well. Very unpleasant and weirdexperience though. Read more

Excellent food! (Pricey, but worth it.) TL:DR Amazing food, save room for incredible desserts! First: this is a higher class... eating establishment, so if you are looking for cheap, good food, go elsewhere. If you are willing to spend a bit extra for adinner date, this is the perfect place! Lots of seating, so the wait wasn't as long as I expected. Appetizers are AMAZING!Brussel sprouts were crisp but tender inside, and flavorful. The Yellowfin Tuna dip was incredible, a little spicy, and a LOTof flavor! I went basic with the chicken for my entrée, and it was perfectly cooked and the sides were great. The desert wasworth saving room for, even though I didn't really... The tres leches cake was the prefect mix of firm and spongy, and the cremebrulee was so rich that I may have died for a moment after first tasting it. Get it all - you won't be disappointed!
