The restaurant was DIRTY, the staff doesn't greet the customers at all. When you walk in they look at you as if you're an... intruder as opposed to being a paying customer. The service is slow and they don't have the bare minimum supplies....NO PAPERTOWELS! They had a roll of tissue from the bathroom on the front counter for you to use. Disgusting! The bathrooms were lockedand apparently out of service for customers. I will never go to this restaurant again and I wouldn't recommend anyone go thereeither. It was a waste of money and my time. We wanted to get food before heading to our hotel. In comes Shark's. They have a better variety of seafood than our local... franchise and were excited about trying some. We tried ordering some of the things off their menu, but they were either out orit wasn't on their menu anymore. So we ordered different items, including drinks and paid. However, we weren't given the bottlesnor cups to get our drinks, not to mention they were out of ice. There was absolutely no further communication from the cashierafter that. About 20 minutes later, we get our food and head back to the hotel room. The food is hot and tasted pretty good withthe seasoning they used before bagging it up. The food was very good and service was good. The only thing I wished they would do is put in a couple slices of onions. Yum.
I visited here last week and I must say I was surprised because I haven?t always received the best food from this location.... However, I ordered the 6 piece wing dinner and my food was hot and fresh, the wings were a nice size and well seasoned.???????? Read more
