Good food, less than good service, and grossly underclean. My husband and I just got through with a late lunch. It's almost... 2:00p on 11/27/22. When we walked in some young girl took our order very rudely. "Here or takeout? What you want? Name?" Thesoda machine was not clean, table a light above were dusty. The door glass had not been clean in I don't know how long. Everyoneworking there was so loud, I could hardly carry-on a conversation with company. Why do I need to hear them. I am pretty impressed with this location, being in Little Rock! They did a great job in freshness/ hotness. I actually got my... food in about a minute wait. I noticed one worker stocking supplies in the lobby. The tables were pretty much all clean. Thefood was good. Read more
Ridiculous...don't waste your time here. Arrived in drive thru at 12:20pm. Left with food at 12:50...30 MINUTES in the drive... thru...come on people. The service is trash! Couldn?t complete my order without an interrupted ?is that it? after every word I said. Get to the window... they made my drinks medium and I asked for large so I notified them. Just for the lady to pour my medium cup into a large andthat be it. She openly admitted to it. I didn?t spend over $30 to not get my moneys worth. Just a few minutes ago my girlfriend and I were doing a Uber Eats order. First of all if you're going to have a employee do Uber... Eats orders make sure they give the driver the correct items without showing any sort of attitude. The young woman who wasputting together our order was extremely rude and disrespectful. This young woman had actually pulled the order out of mygirlfriend's hands even when she gave my girlfriend the incorrect size drink. The woman had told my girlfriend to not dowhatever she of course apparently never did which is what confused me. This person should not be working there and thereemployer should be caring so much more. If you're going to work any restaurant your number one goal should be to satisfy yourcustomers and to go at a fast pace but we were definitely not satisfied and they were extremely slow when it shouldn't takeabout 30 minutes for a sandwich and a drink I hope we never have to come to this location again I would either shut thislocation down or I would definitely get new management in there to give them a wake up call Read more
