Staff hasn't been as helpful as other locations. But cleaner. Tendency to run out of chips for walk ins but have them set aside... for delivery orders which is understandable yet frustrating. Without exception, the worst Chipotle I?ve ever been to. Been coming here for years and the erosion of service, quality, and... cleanliness is just staggering. It?d be easy to fault the staff (and not entirely unwarranted), but I?d like to know who themanager and/or owner is. Corporate should close those place down or completely replace the people. This is a very busy Chipotle (for the most part) with it being right across the street from the high school. Service is always... good and I've only had a messed up order once or twice which happens everywhere it seems, so I can't really hold it againstthem. With the Chipotle app it's been nice to order ahead and skip the line and the wait, I highly recommend that option. Read more
Been having chipotle my whole life, even grew up near the first one on EVANS. Most bland quacamole I've ever had, including... online ordering only. Employees were sitting on their phones inside as I had to wait 20 min in my car for an online order ofchips and quac; can't call to place an order either. Confused as to who's managing this restaurant and how much money they'relosing the company every month. Definitely the worst chipotle experience I've ever had...sounds like others have had thesame.
