Shoving a tablet in my face and guilting me into tipping so you don't spit on my food is a horrible practice and I will never go... here again because of it. I?m not going to be overly critical because as a bar / restaurant owner I know the struggles to find good help. But I?ll make a... couple of observations. 1. What is the point of ordering online if they are waiting until you get there to make ur order. Iorder online so my order is ready when I get there and I don?t need to do anything but pick it up, The last two times I?ve satat the window while they finished my order. 2. Tonight the young lady appeared to be FaceTiming with someone while she made myorder, I like going to good times and the food is good but the service at this location is not good. Read more
Ordered 2 of the new BBQ CHEESEBURGERS and 2 wild fries online. One with extra sauce which I paid for. I showed up after the... time it was to be ready as stated in the email and was still not ready. Picture on app shows fried onion rings in the burger.And says ?on toasted rye bun?. Ours came with No rye bun and no onion rings on either burger as well as barely any sauce.
