It’s diner food... I’ve been going to Gunther’s for years but haven’t been in sometime. We stopped in for breakfast and,... well, it’s diner food. It was mediocre. Not great, not horrible. We got pretty simple dishes, so not a whole lot to mess up.Our waitress was good though and of course the environment is always fun. The prices are really good. The Bloody Mary was weak.. No way it was a full shot.. I don't drink often and I should have gotten a little buzz from it..... Could have been clearer.. Waitress was great and helpful. Food was awful. I had the Chile Relleno Breakfast: the batter was overcooked on the outside,... didn't taste good. The inside of the batter was gooey and not cooked all the way. There was barely any cheese inside thepepper. My son had the kids bopper. It was ok other than the toast was really burnt. Unfortunately I didn't get a picture ofthe worst piece. The waitress was going to get us more that wasn't burnt but she forgot. All her table got full shortly after weasked for it so I think she just lost track of it because she had her hands full. Read more
