Absolutely horrible. Ordered through door dash and they completely got it wrong. They added the wrong ingredients even... ingredients that I?m allergic too! It was horrible! Even what we paid extra for wasn?t added! It?s hard when you have limitedtransportation for a 82 year old woman and she can?t even get a decent sandwich because the job isn?t done right. Usually this place always has long lines, due to not having enough employees which I understand. So I ordered online and went in... to pick it up and still had to wait in line to tell an employee I had an online order & once I got home I noticed they forgotthe bacon I paid extra for! Read more
We ordered a platter 1 week in advance for a Saturday 1pm pickup for a birthday party. We get a text at 11am that its ready. We... get to the store at 1pm to pick it up to be told.. We have had a line out the door all day . They hadn't even made the platterat all yet!!!!! The girl says don't worry I'll have it ready by 130pm. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. I normally have good service at this location. Upon arriving, I ordered a Philly and the young staff person informed me they... were all out of bread except for wheat. Not my 1st choice but went ahead and ordered any way. It was a foot long and she startedmaking it but only had 1 container of steak and advised me they had no more. I then ordered one of the rotisserie chickensandwiches and she said they might be out of chicken also. She did find chicken for the sandwich and instead of preparinganother bread she removed most of the steak from the original bread and put the chicken on top of the leftover steak. Thesesandwiches come with onions and she said they were all out of onions. Upon checkout, the young male worker rang up the food anddid not even put the sandwich in a plastic to go bag or provide napkins. Neither staff member apologized for being out of somuch food/ ingredients and had terrible customer service skills. The floors and dinning tables had trash on them and werevisibly dirty!
