I love Panera, and this location is practically in our backyard. We will NEVER order from this location again. We ordered a... curbside to-go order only get home and find the Turkey Alvarado sandwiches had no Turkey meat. My steak and white cheddarsandwich had 1 slice of beef... literally 1 slice. We called up to speak to the manager and were offered an IOU - by name. Ifigured that we just paid almost $50 for soup, bread and tiny bags of chips. When I came out to post a review, I saw that thishas been an on-going issue, and that lead me to believe there's no intention to fix the issue. So, I called again to ask for arefund, and I informed the manager of the issues posted on Google. The manager said she'd do the refund if I went back with thereceipt. We ordered curbside take-out because everyone in the house tested positive for COVID. As if getting the order home onlyto have the order jacked-up wasn't bad enough, I had to go back to get a refund. I took the receipt back and told them why Icouldn't leave my truck. The first girl that came out, to take a picture of the receipt, apologized and laughed for making theerror, but the manager, Katlyn, showed no care or concern for their error. She didn't say one word much less even make eyecontact as she slid the $25 refund for the 2 sandwiches through the window. Bottom line, I could care less about the $25 refund;it was the principle of the matter. With the manager's response, I now understand why they have on-going issues with makingsandwiches. My advice would be to save yourself the hassle, and get you sandwiches from somewhere else. Read more
My experience on that day was not good. I walked in and placed my order to go. I was greeted when i got to the register. I... waited for about 5 to 10 minutes to realize that my order was just sitting on the counter. I did not hear my name at all. So igot my food and left. When i open the bag my order was all wrong. I order scramble eggs on my breakfast brioche sandwich andthey gave me a fried egg. Also, the food was cold and it was throw together. I did not have time to go back into the store tohave them remake it. But i will call to make them be aware of the situation and that it was not okay to serve cold food. Plus itis not cheap. I paid 10.00 for the sandwich and the chocolate croissant. So again not a cheap place to eat and rhe food shouldbe hot period. Read more
I wish I could give another half star. Other than my everything bagel lacking salt, I have no complaints. The people that work... there have great personalities. They are very enthusiastic and friendly. Customer service is top notch across the board. Read more

Great parking at the Mall. Clean location. Friendly staff. The orders come fast even during rush hour. Love the lemonade and the... berries tea. My chicken and avocado sandwich was delicious.
