0 STARS!!! First time EVER at this Starbucks. Stopped here on our way back to our home town. Horrible Service!!! We ordered our... drinks and a few danishes with it. Once we recieved our drinks, 2 of them were made incorrectly and had to be re done. Lastly,once receiving the drinks and Danishes we were walking to sit down to enjoy them when the manager literally told us we needed toleave. I stood there in disbelief for a few moments while I was still trying to process in my mind what this lady just told us.Yep, she kicked us out! Told us we had to leave. Let's just say this. We don't typically complain, my husband was so upsetthat I'm not sure if he will ever return to another Starbucks after that again! And he's a deducted Starbucks customer. Theminute we got in the car, he called and reported what happened. And I truly hope that someone from upper management retainsthis store on customer service! This has been the worst service ever. On my way back to LA I stopped here to use their bathroom and grab a coffee, and this... little white trash was talking down on my man and no gurl I?m not going to drink my drink there I got things to do like thisthis I had to do. Coffee tastes great. Never had a bad cup! All employees I met so far were extremely friendly. The cafe is super clean and very... nice set up. You can sit inside as well outside. Nice location next to a small park area. Read more
Super sweet crew. Nice outdoor seating, the lobby and drive thru are both open now. Wish they were open late.
