This afternoon my experience was less than to be desired. I brought my elderly parents for lunch and they were sitting down... when I went over to wait for our orders. As I was waiting there was a worker waiting for food also. She looked at me and saidto go to my table and wait. I looked at her and said I'll wait here. She said it again, go to your table and wait. I couldn'tbelieve how RUDE she was. That's not how it works at the other Panera's that I frequent. Her name was Liz and then I find outlater she's the manager. WOW ???? it takes nothing to be KIND.
