I?ve eaten at another Hartz once before and was so unimpressed I never returned to one. But today I decided to stop by the one... in Livingston. It was a great improvement over my first experience. Food was good, not great. It was all hot and fresh. Iespecially enjoyed the fried fish and mashed sweet potatoes. Rolls are very good. They were constantly cleaning. I was disappointed ????. The fish looked like it had been fried to Jerky. Didn't even try it because it looked so bad. Rice was... dried out and hard, Mac and cheese was dried out, hot wings dried out,fried chicken dried out, bread pudding i think itwas..dried out,well let's just say only things that weren't dried out was chicken strips, rolls,cabbage, corn, green beans andcold salads. Should be named Country Buffet. Need to add soft serve ice cream and more desert options. Good food Catfish fillets good... chicken OK.
