Not usual. This is the 1st I?d give tacos a low score. They were either stale or under cooked. ???? can?t get that nasty taste... out of my mouth. My step dad said it was nasty also. Normally we love Jack tacos. ???? 11/29/22 undercooked or stale again? Read more
Sorriest cheeseburger I've ever had and I'm 77 yrs old. Took 1st one back cause it was so cold cheese wasn't melted. 2nd one... same thing. Girl at counter didn't care as did the cook who fixed it twice. Read more
Absolutely rude. I understand an upcharge and I understand fast food menus and service. The manager on duty, Rony was... confrontational, rude and dismissive. There is no reason to argue or belittle someone over a sandwich. After standoff overgrilled chicken on a sandwich that usually has fried chicken, they still got the order wrong. The cashiers were basically muteand didn't speak loud enough to hear and the whole experience was very frustrating. Everyone has bad days but I Absolutely hatedevery part of the dine in experience. This morning I came through the drive thru. I ordered a salad for my lunch and egg rolls for my breakfast. Long story short...... Not only was my order messed up I didn't get my egg rolls. I was upset because I didn't have time to go back and get itstraight because I was then, at work and couldn't leave until after 5 or 6pm. I called and spoke with the Manager Ronnie. Hewas very nice. He understood the problem and promised he would bring the correct order to my work. I told him I could just geta credit. But he insisted on bringing it to my work. So he Did!
