I go to this Arby's a lot and normally it's really good but I was there on Monday and my food was cold and I called and spoke to... a lady. She told me she could only replace my fries but my sandwiches were cold and fries but you can only replace my fries???Then she told me I had to request piping hot food at the speaker. I don't understand why I have to tell a restaurant I want myfood hot. Also who ever took my order got my order wrong and seemed very confused at the speaker. Please follow up with yourpeople.
