Every time I come here - without fail - I've had to wait upwards of 15-20 minutes in the drive through. Just getting up to the... order point. Its another 10-15 after that as i wait behind the 2-3 cars that are always hanging out waiting for their orders.Unsat. Every time I come here I see food service workers not using proper hand hygiene (moving from money handling to foodhandling and back), or with protective hair and face coverings. Unsat. The food is good sometimes. However, I have gottenorders that are mismatched or noticeably old. The staff is poorly trained and even more poorly led. You would think thatcorporate would have sent a team out here to access this locations competency and the quality of their customer service. You'rehandling other people's food. Stopped at the location 29211 W Seven Mile Rd, Livonia, MI 48152, and received the most unprofessional customer service... demonstrated by Josh and Nathan I was picking up a mobile order and when I reached the drive thru I advised Josh of that when Igot up to the window he says to me that I would have to pull in front of another vehicle which I did while other people weregetting their orders I was just sitting and waiting for about 30 minutes, then Josh comes out with a order bag and wanted toknow if I was waiting for door dash I said to him to know I was not he goes back inside and brings someone else out their orderI inquired about where my order was he says rudely back to me I asked you, and I let him know that he asked me about a door dashorder and he wanted to continue and argue while he walked back inside with his black jeans he had on sagging and barely walkingafter 10 minutes Josh brings my food outside and I asked him why I couldn't wait in the drive thru for my mobile order Josh saysthat I was not allowed to, I've been to other burger king restaurants and you wait in the drive thru line I also askes if therewas a paper receipt inside the back and he says no I asked for one he goes back inside and comes back to the door to ask what Ineeded I asked him a second time for a paper receipt, he refused and another gentleman had no issue bringing out the receiptboth Nathan and Josh were the rudest employees in this restaurant and it is sad Read more
Kind of felt like I was being ignored in the video you can clearly see I ordered 2 junior robbers. At 7:33pm on 11/01/2022 ordered the family bundle deal, got it home. Cheese burgers a drop of ketchup, no mustard, no... pickles on all three!????????. The 3 whoppers drop ketchup no mayo, no onions, no lettuce, no pickles, no mustard!???????? All5 sandwiches the buns were not toasted! I talked to the manager, who calls himself B said the manager before him had it allmessed up and I was not the only caller who had the same problem. The employee at the front cashier who he had a red hoodie onand no uniform or name tag, had a don't care attitude! ????.
