UPDATE 10/7/22- I found a hair in my food that day, immediately reported it to the manager Shelby who said my meal would be... refunded. It's a week later and no refund. I had an issue with my food so I called and spoke to the manager Shelby. So was sonice and professional. She gave me a refund and a remade sandwich free of charge. Awesome customer service! Read more

I love Potbelly locations, I had great food always. Today I used doordash delivery services and my sandwich was like a joke,... probably one spoon of chicken salad, a burned and wet bread, lots of lettuce. Very different of what I expect in a chicken saladsandwich, it supposed to be a skinny, but definitely this was skinnier of what I expected.
