Every time I visit this store it seems the staff is not happy to be there. Not necessarily rude but super tired and bored... acting. This location is always problematic. I frequently visit another location by my house and never have a problem. But every time I... visit my folks I have to go here. This is the 3rd time I’ve had 1 star service and I’m finally leaving a review. Firstdon’t offer things on your menu that you don’t have. They didn’t have cheddar cheese or strawberry lemonade. Second Iordered a crave case and was told 30-45 minute wait. Why have it on your menu if you can’t accommodate? And before you goand blame COVId, I have had problems at this location before COVId and I never have problems at the one by my house post COVId.This location just has poor owner/management. Read more
