They seem like they're just waiting to go out of business. Extremely poor service didn't give much hope of good food.... Surprisingly the Ruben I had and the fries that came with it we're very good half the soda was out counterstaff wasdisinterested, the only thing they have going for him is the food itself, sadly it just isn't enough to overcome everythingelse. I really wanted to like this place. But unfortunately I cannot give this place a good review. I'm all for supporting local small... business but you also have to be serving a quality product. I went there for the first time yesterday after hearing that theydropped their prices last week in response to inflation. They took a counter cultural approach by lowering prices despite risingcosts. A rousing story to be sure so I thought "I'm gonna go support them!" I was already a little wary because that locationhas a really hit or miss history with pizza places but "hey, they're not the same owners so let's give a shot." I thought. Thefood: first and foremost I want to state that I like pizza... A lot. So much some that there isn't a pizza joint in Abilene Ihaven't eaten at. I've also eaten pizza all over the world and across the US. So I have a really strong data set to compare thisrestaurant's pizza against. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the pizza. For $14 and some change I got a 12-inchhyper-generic cheese pizza when I ordered a pepperoni pizza (my go-to order at new places). When it was brought to my tablethere was no pepperoni and I noted that to the server who promptly took it back to the kitchen. A few minutes later she returnedwith the same pizza but the cook had slapped some pepperoni on top and put it back through the oven. So what I got was a overcooked, almost burnt, cheese pizza with undercooked pepperoni on top. The evidence was that the pepperoni over lapped the cutsin the pizza and were not cut at all. The dough was something akin to a Tombstone frozen pizza. I think Red Baron does theircrusts better. The cheese was standard. The sauce was almost non-existent. The pizza was edible but extremely low quality andall the ingredients tasted pre-frozen. I very much doubt the pizza crusts are hand made daily. The Price: I really honestlyfeel that they are massively over charging for their food. I get that they don't have the corporat Read more

Some of these reviews are for Llano location so to be clear this is for the Abilene Location where the original owners are.... Honestly quite good and given food costs these days, fairly priced. I love pizza cooked in a brick oven. You get a more toastycrust with a little crunch. Our pizza was perfect with good distribution of toppings and just the right amount of cheese. Sidesalad as crisp and fresh. Service was friendly. Looking forward to trying other items from the menu. Read more

Not impressed with the quality of the food. I had the pizza from the pizza bar and a salad and it just was not good, especially... for the price. I found it to be over priced, however I think they have lowered the price since my last visit so that may makeeating here again worthwhile. Overall just mediocre pizza/salad. Perhaps their burgers and wings are more impressive, but afterexperiencing a poor meal here once I don?t see myself returning. Read more
