DO NOT EAT HERE. The district manager Dan Vito decided to open the store after a sewer main has been broken all night. The... building has been flooded with sewage all morning, and they are now serving food. A plumber came out, and stated that openingthe store today was in violation of multiple OSHA regulations. But management did not care, this building should be condemned. Read more
Got a pizza on June 24 and it was terrible. It was very greasy and the box was not even closed all the way so that the pizza... almost fell out. Also the workers should use gloves when handling the food. You shouldn?t handle money and then food products.This was the worst pizza I ever got Read more

Waited over 1.5 hr for a pizza. Called 3 times. The last time the girl who answered the phone said the driver left 5 min ago.... Mind you we live 9 min away. He didnt get there until 35 min later with stone cold food! Whoever answers the phone has anattitude from the beginning like im a bother. I understand saturdays are busy but do not lie to the customer !! I have beenordering from this location since we moved to lockport in 2018 at least once a week. Never again! Staff needs to be retrained.The only person who was helpful was maddison who i believe is a manager. Read more
