Went in about 3PM. Empty tables, not clean. Long wait to clean table then order. Probably 15 minutes to order. 30 minutes to... get food Rings and Bourbon burgers. Rings SUPER. Burger wY overdone, bun top burned, see picture. Server said she would getanother. Ten minutes later, ate cold burger with knife and fork. Cold, burger and I realized way overdone. Cute diner with laid back atmosphere. We stood up front and waited to be seated as servers went by us a couple times. It didnt... seem that busy for people to be seeing us and not seating us. When one server did ask us how many, we asked for a booth and shegave us menus and told us to seat ourselves. We had one server take our our drink order, got our drinks and then she didnt comeback. We had another server ask us if we had been helped, told her we were waiting and she decided to take our order. I orderedthe nachos with the cheese and sour cream on the side. They waited until the food came out to tell me they were out of the pico.So it was just chips and meat. It honestly wasn't great. The chips tasted stale. My husbands food was ok but not great either.He asked for his hashbrowns to be well done and only half was crispy, the other half was soggy. My child's mini pancakes weregood! We were traveling home this morning from Florida when we stopped at Dennys. Where I live Dennys is 24hrs 7 days a week kinda... place. I naturally assumed this gem was too. It was 7am local time after all. We were greeted nicely and they let us know, theywere not open but would be glad to take us. It was a bit of a wait but well worth it. The food was fantastic! The best Dennys,..ever! The cook even came out!! He made sure we were satisfied and happy! The waitress Staci was friendly,and quick. I reallylike Georgia, this made me love it! We came in with 3 people in our party. Waited about 10 minutes to have 1 person in party get the hot water for his tea but no... cup to put it in. About 10 minutes later got cup. Waited for about 30 min and still no food. Then brought out pancakes but notrest of Slam and nobody elses plates. Food finally, but not all. Still waiting on another plate. One of the plates had burntveggies and mashed red potatoes which wasnt what i ordered. Chicken fried steak looked fine. Had to change my sides and stillwaiting for it back. Has been 15 more minutes. The steak meal finally came out about 15 min later. Asked for a knife for steakand still not got it. Oh and still waiting on toast. Was very disappointed with the overall experience. Would not recommend toanyone. This was all at about 3:00 when restaurants are slow. Still waiting on my plate as I do this review. Finally got myplate and it's wrong again. Worst experience ever. Update November 21 responded to Dennys reply sent email to them and theconversation and they still have yet to contact me after I sent them what they asked for. Very very unprofessional.
