The service was HORRIBLE. I waited for a total of 45 minutes to get two large pizzas. The young lady with black and blonde... braids was very unprofessional and rude. Not only did she throw my change in my hand causing it to fall out my hand and hit theground, she placed my pizzas in the drive thru window and walked away. Where has customer service gone to? If I could give zero stars I would. I arrived to receive my order and waited past the allotted time. When I got home my pizza... looked as shown in the picture. I drove back and had to re wait for it to be remade. I didn?t receive an apology and they said?it was only one item that was messed up? when I asked for a refund. I explained the trouble that it caused and she offered a?two liter? or they could refund me but wouldn?t remake the pizza if so. I told them I?d be calling corporate. Read more
Placed a order at 12:00 in the afternoon for a 4 o?clock pick up. Show up at 4:30 have to wait 6 minutes for crazy bread that... was on the order. After we called at 3:30 and they said it would be ready in 30 minutes. Either get it together or shut downbecause this is garbage. All Henry county little ceasers are like this. The absolute WORST little Caesar?s. Between the terrible customer service, long wait times and the heavy set guy up front with... dirty clothes wiping sweat with his sweat towel every 2 mins, and rubbing through his hair not washing his hands(he was nicethough), I don?t think I?ll be back to this location.
