The smoothies are fantastic and always made right. Until a couple of weeks ago, I had been getting my smoothie with my coffee... next door (Panera), but they have had quality control issues lately, so I decided to give Juice it Up a try. Rude as heck! One of the workers handed me a wheat grass shot with a broken lid and half the shot spilled and stained my... clothes. When I told her, she rolled her eyes, walked away and the dude next to her handed me a top. They didn?t bother toapologize or replace the shot. So I paid full price for a wheat grass shot but receive a half one and stained clothes ????????I?ll stick with Jamba Juice for now on. Read more
Very rude customer service. I walked in and said hello and grinned at the girl in front. She looked up at me and then looked... back down, ignoring what I said completely. A cashier then walks up to the register and doesn?t say a word, just stays quiet. SoI begin to order and that was that. She leaves and doesn?t say a word. The girl who ignored me when I walked in proceeded tomake my smoothies and then brings them up to the front, sets them down and walks away. Not a ?have a nice day?. Not a ?here yougo, your smoothies are ready?? nothing. Maybe it?s my fault for expecting a business to have been taught about customer serviceor just expecting them to have just some human decency was too much.
