Food was pre-made, I ordered, pulled around, and it was already bagged and ready to go. The problem with that is the food was... cold, stitting around because the buns were dry, meat barely warm, same for fries, jalapeño poppers and motz sticks. I paid $23and it wasn't worth $5. Get it together Arby's (early afternoon) 1:30 pm. workers. Bad manager I guess. Why is this location notopen inside????????? I would have returned all the food. Last time eating at this location. Counter very friendly nice clean fast service..we used our gift cards ..we usually go to Lancaster but they will not take gift... cards so we will be back to the Logan restaurant...it's not far from us so we will bring our business to your restaurant..we areon fixed income and relatives give us several gift cards so it's great to be able to use them.. thank you Read more
I haven't been back since Covid, sat at the window and watched worker pick up my bag off the floor,then put my food in it. THEY... weren't busy at all ,but took 15 mins to get two beef and cheddar and fries. WHEN I asked girl about my bag landing on the floorthe answer I got ,was well we just mopped. I LEFT. I've worked fast food ,and I know the floor wouldn't have been clean enoughto eat off of. I don't need food poisoning or anything else in my condition!!! Maybe hire some ADULTS with good work andsanitary ethics!!! Geesh, Hate I've had to give up Arby's, just ain't confident to eat there any more. ???? Read more
