I've haven't frequented Jimmy John's that much in that past, but the manager was AWESOME when I got my sub delivered minus a... topping. Turned out it was the App's fault - which is completely out of the management's hands. After we figured out theproblem, I told him not to worry about it, and we figured out a way to correct the mistake on the App for future orders. Hesaid he'd Deliver a replacement sub, and it came in less than 10 minutes! I was blown away with this above and beyond customerservice. In addition, on the rare occasion I decided to hit up the drive thru on my way home, the manager actually called meto confirm I was picking up my sub since I normally get them delivered. Who else does that?! Aside from that, our subs arealways fresh and tasty, and delivery has always been super fast even when the app says it'll take a bit longer. This JimmyJohn's is my go-to now, and I've probably been to this location alone more than every other Jimmy John's in my life. Keep upthat great work! Read more
