Horrible experience had a foot long other day and felt horrible and we all got some kind of food poisoning bc the mayo must have... sat out to long or something bc I shared the footlong with family and they all said had to be the mayo! Read more

Great place to eat and employees are always nice and hard working
If i could give this 0 stars I would! They have very incompetent employees at the one on E. Market St.. I used a bogo coupon for... a chicken bacon ranch and got charged for the chicken and bacon separate from the original sandwich. Keep in mind that I didn'tget anything extra totalling $16 after the bogo for two subs. I asked why was getting charged so much. She told me that she hadto ring me up the chicken and bacon separate since I didn't get rotisserie chicken that doesn't come on sub to begin with, whiletrying to make her aware of the situation that's taking place, she gets snappy and argumentative and tells me to listen. So Itold them to keep thier sandwiches and went to the Subway on 3rd street, where I never have a problem at all. The employees arealways so nice! So my advice is go to the one on 3rd street where you don't have to deal with incompetent a-holes! Also if youdon't like your job, don't work in customer service! And to add to this they're so skimpy on toppings, like lettuce and cheese.Come on we're ready paying double from what they use to be! The least you could do is give us what we pay for!
