Although I had to wait a little longer then advertised for my pizzas the Customer Service was great. The gentleman at the... register was polite and attentive he informed me of the status to let me know I was not forgotten about. And that was a busynight. So I would given them a 5 BUT would someone explain to me why these franchised pizza places cut the pizza so terribly?Why??? I had a quarter of the pie nearly THE quarter of the pie with this tiny piece, not a slice, a piece that you would giveto a baby (2 bites done). That drives me CRAZY. Read more

Done with this location. They are rude and incompetent. Placed an order online for pickup, got notification it?s ready, but... when I arrived to store its not there. Was told to wait 5 minutes, waited ~25 before asking manager if she can giveupdate. Pizzas couldn?t be located because they were ?given to someone else.? And I was asked to wait another 25/40 mins fornew pizzas to be baked. The young lady at the counter was rude and probably could have figured out there had been a mishap ifshe wasn?t so busy ignoring and rolling her eyes at customers. Update: The district manager contacted me and apologized, offering me a gift card and full refund, which I appreciate. I?m still... not comfortable doing business with that particular location, but at least he resolved the issue. I ordered delivery from here,and before the order even left the store, I received a rude call. I had to ask him to identify himself three times. He thenproceeded to complain about the tip amount, so I just had him cancel my order. He was extremely unprofessional, and I won?t beordering from this store again. Read more

This is the only time i?ve ever had an issue with my order. I placed an order and it was coming via doordash (i wish i had the... option to stop that) unfortunately the driver either delivered it to the incorrect house or just took it for herself. Thankfullyi was able to come up to the papa johns store and spoke to Watson and he refunded me everything. I know they were very busy socouldn?t answer the phone but i am glad they handled this the way they did. Thank you! Read more
