Called to place a order of multiple personal pan pizzas, a large pizza and a pasta. When I arrived to pick up my order not only... was it not ready the person who took my order failed to put it into there system. Read more
They got the number of pizzas right, but every pizza was somebody else?s pizza apparently. Either that or they just gave us what... they had because every pizza was wrong. And I hate that because I usually like Pizza Hut. Normally I wouldn?t rate so low for anerror but my daughter refused to eat her erroneous pizza and she can be somewhat difficult so I gave only 1 star because PizzaHut caused me to have a miserable evening dealing with a young teen girl because we all know how pleasant they can be. Order family box put that I wanted cheese and pepperoni pizzas and also ordered cinnamon rolls... never got the pepperoni... pizza or cinnamon rolls and then when I called the staff and managers proceeded to argue about the situation. Staff there hasgone down hill not friendly at all. Read more
Just moved into this area and won't use this location again. Probably just won't use Pizza Hut in general. I made my order which... consisted of two pizza, mild wings and lemon pepper wings. While I was 5 mins away from the location, the store called and toldme they don't have lemon pepper wings, so I just asked them to remove the lemon pepper wings off of my order. When I checked mybank statement later, it was still showing that I was being charged the full amount so I called back to see if the refund wasgoing to come in separate. The store manager answered the phone and had terrible customer service. Instead of apologizing forTHEM not having the item, he seemed annoyed that I was calling and asking about why the charge was still showing the fullamount. With bad customer service and not so great food, I can take my business somewhere else. Read more
