Del Taco has good menu, and has a good price for the food you get. I tried their new Chicken guacamole torta, and it was so big,... I could have had 2 meals with it. The store is very well kept up. Read more
Okay what is going on with this Del Taco? My boyfriend and I stopped here on our way back from LA and it was late at night and... nothing else was open. We pull up to the drive thru and wait several minutes. There are a few other cars ahead of us waiting -we decide that there is probably only one guy working and to be patient and wait for him to take our order. He finally does andtells us that it will be $8 but he is only taking cash. No problem, we have cash. Then we wait. And wait. And wait. Slowly thecars ahead of us in line drive away but we never see them hand them any food. (We waited over an hour because we were trappedwith cars both on front and behind us.) finally we pull up to the window to pay and get our food and the guy says they are nolonger taking orders, not even cash. We told him that we placed our order (a long time ago at this point) and that we were givena total and he said sorry he had nothing for us and we had to drive away. If there is not nefarious behavior going on at thisestablishment then I don?t know? Why would you take our order if you knew you couldn?t fill it? Got my simple order wrong after a 20min wait in drive thru by myself! No other cars in line with me. I ordered tacos. She asked... me if I wanted sauce. I said yes medium please but none were put in the bag. I also ordered a strawberry sprite but got aregular strawberry lemonade. If I had noticed before getting back to work I would have turned around to go back. Terrible Read more
WARNING!!! Used the drive thru as I usually do to pick up dinner for my daughter and I. Went straight home, my daughter ate her... food and I placed mine in the microwave as I needed to finish some work. About 30 minutes later I placed my food onto a plate toheat it up and stuck to one of the french fries was the back end of a cockroach. I called and asked to speak to the manager andas the young lady handed the phone to him I heard her say "it's ANOTHER customer complaint" and then both she and the managerlaughed. I told him what was stuck to the food and he argued saying he doesn't have roaches, he told me to call corporate. Iwon't eat here again. Read more

I did a mobile pick up at 10:30 am they still had the doors locked and wouldn?t let anyone dine in. I was allowed in only... because it was pickup. Then once inside the dining floor was dirty the galley floor had food on the floor and the griddle hadn?tbeen cleaned from breakfast it still took 20 mins.
