This family run team not only knows how to make killer dishes of all different kinds of cuisines, but they're presentation is... like no other. Every dish is made with love and is garnished beautiful flowers. They were so kind and sweet to work with whilewe were planning our wedding. They helped us create the most amazing menu for our guests. During our dinner all of our friendsand family were raving about how incredible the food was and we all already have plans to go back to their cafe for lunch. One of my biggest wedding regrets is NOT trying the appetizer food that we had catered from Bites and Bashes. Our wedding was... almost 2 months ago and I?m STILL hearing how much everyone loved the glass noodles! My (now) husband had found bites andbashes and we were instantly intrigued by not only their impressive portfolio of clients and amazing reviews, but also that theyare POC and Women owned. They were great at communicating and everything was so easy when it came to working with them. We hadthem drop off the food at our venue to be served at cocktail hour. While I have to admit that I didn?t get a chance to try thefood myself, the fact that we are getting unsolicited compliments from SO MANY of our guests for not only the glass noodles butalso the chicken satay and other items we had is a sign to me that it must have been amazing. Food presentation and quality was top notch. Would highly recommend them for high quality catering requirements. Communication... processes could be fine tuned though. Example being: We didn't receive any pre-event day reconfirmation communication thateverything was on track and they would be delivering on X date at X time in the lead up to our event date so we had to reach outby phone and email but couldn't reach anyone nor did they contact us when enroute or arriving on the day of as they mentionedthey would in initial conversations. So it felt a little uncomfortable not knowing if the food was still arriving for our partyor not. The food did arrive as planned but we would have appreciated that final touch point to alleviate any concern. The weirdthing is they did eventually respond to our email but AFTER our event was already over days later to tell us that yes, our foodwas still to be delivered. Read more

We used Bites & Bashes for our mother's memorial service at Hollywood Forever Cemetery, and it was absolutely the best choice!... Gabi and the team were very helpful trying to estimate the proper amount of food for an event where we had no idea how manypeople would attend. We had the trays dropped off at the location and they arrived right on time. The food was BEAUTIFULLYarranged on the trays, and it was DELICIOUS! The guests were raving over the food and I was asked repeatedly who we used. Iwished I had a stack of business cards to hand out! We ordered the turkey slider, chicken sliders, fruit plates, vegetableplates, hummus plates, and cheese plates. The sliders were a total hit! Bites & Bashes worked with me to provide a quick turnaround and blew us out of the water in terms of quality of the food and... service. Luckily they had the availability to cater a last minute internal corporate reception for 75 people where they providedthe most delicious passed hors d'oeuvres. Their menu can truly be catered to any dietary restriction and everything tastedamazing. In addition, we got the antipasto (picture below) which was a huge hit and incredibly stunning. The flowers came fromthe chef's garden which added to the magic. The service alone was impeccable. All catering staff was friendly and so good attheir job. I received such great feedback from everyone who got to experience Bites & Bashes.
