This 7-Eleven has definitely upped its customer service game. A year ago my rating would have been no higher than a 3. All that... has changed tho. The new employees are friendly and efficient even on their busiest days. Read more
I bought $20 in lotto for the billion jackpot at this location only to realize the next day that they handed me a cashed out... ticket for the last draw. I had to hound the manager and call and return to the store 7 times. Finally he said I could havestore credit when I only wanted my money back. He refused. This store is shady. Make sure you check your tickets or better yet,buy somewhere else. Read more
Clerks are a joy, pleasant, and personable. There are a few sadly to say from another country and have issues annunciating... English and the ones that do have many problems communicating without having an attitude about it.
