Staff needs to make sure their drunk guests outside don't hit on girls coming in for pickup orders. Makes for an intimidating... unsafe environment. Food wasn't good either. Read more

This was our first visit here! I have to say the waitress was awesome! Now I will mention we won?t return ?bad? food or wrong... food for our own reasons. But it gets 2 stars. Staff was friendly & awesome! Our waitress was bubbly and on the ball. Now shehas nothing to do with the food how its cooked. My oldest ordered a chili-mac (?) burger well done and it came very med-rare &cool & the baked potato was very underdone. She couldn?t stomach any of it. My husband ordered steak rare & it was actuallyperfect & the best thing on the table & his potato was great! I ordered the i think ?smothered chicken?? It came out extremelyovercooked and hard/dry and had a weird taste and the bacon seemed under cooked. So I didn?t eat any of it after trying a secondbite. My potato (loaded) had barely any bacon/cheese and was also very under cooked and hard. But my broccoli was good so thatswhat i ended up eating. We didn?t learn about where the appetizer menu was (separate from main menu on table and we thought itwas a beer/wine list lol till late but we ordered anyhow) We had the fried banana peppers and a order of mozzarella sticksthose were great!! My oldest also added pasta salad side and said it was very plain & didn?t have flavor except noodle. Couldn't taste mayo or anything in it & was kinda dry. My youngest two got chicken tenders they said were ok. Fries were goodbut the chips my son got were mostly over cooked/burnt taste. We opted not to do dessert after feeling like dinner completelyflopped. We got our bill and it was $90! I really didn?t expect it that high since the meals were $15,14 and $10 and $4 for eachkid. (rounded from memory may be off a $1 or 2 on my hubbys meal). But I have to say that waitress was so sweet, said I wastipping her to much and I was like heck no, your service was great girl! Keep it up! now if they just get the kitchen inline &maybe we?ll visit again. Maybe it was just an off night. ??????????? Read more

Driving through KY late midweek I was happy to find someplace open after 10pm. Nice, clean and inviting atmosphere. I sat at the... bar and got excellent service, great food (smothered chicken breast, mushrooms & loaded potato). Owner / manager was veryhospitable and gave a great bourbon conversation to a weary traveler. Great restaurant, I'll be back next trip! Read more

Traveling from Ohio to Tennessee and decided to go off path and try The Abbey. Best detour we have taken. Service exceptional ,... Jeff was awesome helped answer questions and gave recommendations. The food is quality and well presented and taste was spot on.Best compliments to the Chef. The environment is clean and typical of a downtown eatery. Restrooms as well are clean. We dinedat 12:30(lunch) I would bring children during this time. Can?t say what evening crowd would be like as there is a bar. We hadthe Abbey Burger with onion straws and Catfish Sandwich and potato salad. Can not go wrong. Prices are reasonable. Hope you givethem a try. Read more
