Very friendly staff and customers the evening my wife and I ate here. The food was very good and prices were fair. The philly... cheese steak sandwich was delicious and very filling. There was live music by local residents that played horns (sax, trumpet,etc). It made you feel like you were back in the 1940?s or earlier. Very old clean restaurant with lots of history. We wouldhighly recommend it! Read more
Great place for dinner and we love the Ribs. Service is terrific and the atmosphere is good.
Delicious food, friendly service and great entertainment (last Tuesday of the month)
The steak salad was Fabulous! The company was also wonderful. The fireplace was going and it was a comfortable atmosphere.

I love this place! It's literally like you step back in time for a moment. Friendly staff, great food. For a tavern, it has a... laid back environment and the resteraunt side is separate from the tavern side which is nice if you want a quiet family meal. Best creme brulee you will ever eat and their steak is excellent....nice cuts of steak , too. Read more
