These guys are amazing, not only is their pizza the best in London, their customer service is above and beyond, if they don?t... give you a free dipping sauce or free extra topping, they upgrade your pizza size at no charge. Love them, it?s the only placeI order my pizza and wings. I have been doing that for 6 years, since I came across them. It?s those little things that go along way now a days. We chose this place based on ratings and ended up severely disappointed. Service was friendly but the pizza and panzerotti was... nothing to write home about. Very bland, lukewarm for some reason (they told us to pick up in 30 min) and overall just blah. Disappointing considering we came from out of town and was looking for a great pizza here in London. First off, let me just say that the customer service is impeccable. My boyfriend and I decided to try something new for dinner... and found tons of great reviews regarding Apollo's. We ended up deciding on getting panzerottis. Upon arrival, we noticed thatthere was a mix up in our order and we were one panzerotti short. After calling the restaurant, Sharon was absolutely amazingabout the mix up and even personally drove the missing panzerotti to me herself.
