First time with Arbys, it was a good first impression.
Was at Masonville today (Fathers Day) with my oldest daughter she asked if I wanted Arbys for because she said our last visit... to Arbys together was over 20 years ago .... I ordered the 3 cheese and bacon because I was hungry. When the server put it onthe tray it was on one of your small buns and I said I thought it came on on sub bun and she proceeded to tell me they were outof sub buns .... I was not happy and just walked away...Why did the server NOT tell me this information before my daughter paid?? I would have ordered another type of sandwich .... Very disappointed ... Dave W.... We ordered right before close( we didn?t realize the mall closed at eight now! We ordered three beef and cheddars, it took... forever and when we opened them, two of them had only beef!! No cheddar! Normally I adore Arby's. Their curly fries are the best. The reason I scored so low is due to the one younger worker there with... the glasses. I don't know what is going on, but she is always in a bad mood and she doesn't care about who sees it. I've donerestaurant work so I understand how hard it is sometimes, but she absolutely should NOT be working in a place like that if shecan't control her temper and frustration at customers and other coworkers.
