I have been eating Bhan Mi sandwiches for the past 10 years or so from plenty of locations in Toronto. Since coming here from TO... in 2020 I have not been able to find an acceptable restaurant. In making my way to this restaurant on Richmond, I can totallysay I have found a fantastic Bhan Mi place. Love the location, love the decor, the service was fantastic, and best of all thefood was everything I was hoping for. We ordered two things. One was the Bhan Mi beef brisket served w a side au jus. And theother item was the tofu bowl. The Bhan Mi sandwich was great, w every dip in the accompanying gravy which was so warm anddelicious made every bite so unctuous and fantastic! We had pork belly banh mi and the lemongrass chicken bowl and they were really good! I?m Vietnamese and I?m skeptical about... Vietnamese food in Canada since they tend to be altered in flavours to be more suitable for Canadians tastebuds. But this placehits the cravings every time! We received some coupons from Banh Mi Express in the mail a couple of weeks ago and tried it out on Friday. We are so happy that... we did! I was quite happy with the dynamite roll sushi that I received as it was fresh and yummy. My partner really enjoyed hisgrilled garlic pork banh mi (and was impressed with the size of it). We both loved the volcano fries! Sooooo good, we willdefinitely be going back to try some more options. The service was wonderful and the restaurant itself was very clean andwelcoming. Read more
