Terrible service, half my order didn?t show up. Ordered 110 dollars worth of food. Called the store managers and was transferred... on the phone back and forth because none of the employees have any competence or knowledge about what goes on in theirrestaurant. Zero professionalism, no resolution of issues, makes you repay for the food that you already paid for and that?smissing. No coupons no discounts, not even a sorry this happened. The store a manager Leanne admitted to THROWING our food outbecause she noticed it missing from our order?.. instead of calling us to let us know, she decided to throw out perfectly goodfood. That?s terrible service if I?ve ever heard of. Absolutely never order from here. You will get terrible food and a migrainefor an expensive cost. Decided to stop in and try Buffalo wild wings again even though our last visit we left without eating after being told the... things we wanted off the menu weren't available. My mother and I had an amazing experience. Emily our waitress was very nice and friendly. Kim the manager was very... accommodating, the mild sauce was hotter than expected and we couldn't eat the buffalo bites we had ordered. Emily checked withKim and a new order of bites with sweet bbq sauce was brought to our table in a timely matter. We were not charged for the first order. I would definitely come back.
