Awful experience. I ordered online for a pick up. They were half an hour late and once I got home, I saw that they got the order... wrong and my wife could not eat the pizza. I returned but did not receive a refund or an apology. The is that they billthemselves as the best pizza in London, but the pizza is at best mediocre. I?ll never be back - to any location. Just found their north London location. On Adelaide Just north of Fanshawe Park rd. Pretty good pizza ,especially for the price.... A little bit more seasoning in the sauce and a real helping of cheese when double cheese is asked for would definitely add thefifth star. Just my opinion. Read more

Ordered for delivery from the north location. Order was incorrect. Delivery driver was great and super helpful. He told me I'd... have to call the restaurant. So I did. They didn't offer a refund, offered a credit, and were snippy on the phone so I knew Iwasn't going to be back and said I did not want the credit, I want the item. That was 2 hours ago and I still don't have theitem. I did call back about 30 minutes ago and was told it was on its way, but really, I'm a 3 minute drive from the store andthe item was a can of pop. Yes, 2 hours later, a can of pop showed up. ITS NOT EVEN THE RIGHT FLAVOUR! Lol. Read more
