We first went in just for the cones. You can smell them being freshly made from down the street! We used to wait until there was... a feature flavour to try, but the new chef has improved the old standards and added new great options... It's getting harder toavoid eating ice cream all the time! This place has the best chocolate ice cream, and some really inventive flavours as well!The friendly staff will always let you try a flavour first, because it can be hard to choose. I really like it, but my partner doesn't, mainly because of the limited selection and how he is not a fan of any of the flavors.... Great service, decent ice cream! I visited really close to closing time which I really don't like doing, but was treated kindly... and given great service. We tried four different kinds of ice cream, the pear cheesecake and cookie dough were our favourites.The strawberry didn't have much flavour, which was a bit disappointing. My partner also enjoyed the salted caramel. The icecream wasn't quite as creamy as I was hoping, it had a bit more of an icy consistency but was still pleasant.
