This is my second time eating at this place, and I have to say, it is quite good. The French onion soup is the best I have... tasted in London so far. It doesn't feel as if the plate was blasted in the microwave. It was loaded with well caramelizedonions. The cheese felt like the soup itself actually melted it. The classic burger was a pleasant surprise. Unlike chainrestaurants like the works, this actually had the most home made feel to it. Though, in my opinion, could use a bit more salt.Otherwise an pretty good burger. Altogether, I would have rated this place a solid 3.5 out of 5. Read more
Horrible experience. Felt lied to about wait times from the front door staff, and ignored by the waitress. The wife and I... explained we had tickets for across the street at Budweiser Gardens. We were told that wouldn't be a problem. It was. By thetime we were served we had to leave. I paid for food that we did not get to eat. We took it across the street and were told wehad to throw it out as there is no outside food. The wife tried to call the restaurant to speak to someone. After nearly anhour of the phone just ringing, someone answered and and very rudely said the manager is not there and there is nothing they canor will do about this, then she hung up and Noone would answer again. Update Aug 25 2022: Wife finally got through to someoneand after explaining the situation was told she should have called the day this happened. When it was re-explanded that she didand what transpired she was bluntly and rudely told that there was nothing, and is nothing they are willing to do, with a verysarcastic sorry.. At this point I will never step foot in here again, I will never recommend this restaurant except to stayaway. Read more

My wife and I decided to come here for lunch as we hadn't been here in several years. We ordered nachos, a cup of tea and a... Bacardi and Sprite and our bill came to almost $30... The nachos were left in the oven too long and the cheese was burnt inseveral places. We also noticed the portion size was considerably small compared to how the server described the size to us aswe ordered. There were literally only about 14 nacho chips with a light sprinkle of veggies and light sprinkle of cheese. Ourserver was new as it was only his third day however, he forgot sugar for my tea and I didn't bother to ask for it as I wasalready disappointed.
