I placed an order for fish tacos on Ubereats at around 7:22pm, and when I checked my app at 8:25 it said the order was still... wrapping up. The food ended up arriving at 8:40 and upon opening the box, the side of fries was completely missing. The tacoswere also cold at that point. Jack Astor's was hands down the favourite restaurant of my wife. I liked it too because the food was good, staff was friendly... and you could draw on the brown paper they covered the table with. While they still have a small amount of paper to draw on andawesome staff, this place has gone through a major renovation to modernize the inside and I personally didn't like the new look.The menu has changed quite a bit and prices seem to have gone up a bit (inflation and wage increase so I expected that part). Weordered the salmon and a Ceasar salad with grilled chicken and both were great. The biggest let down and why I probably won'tever go back is they got rid of the fajitas. If you have ever been to a Jack Astor's when they had this item you know it washands down the best item on the menu and we would always order fajitas. While I won't go back due to the above changes, I dothink anyone who hasn't been here before should still check it out. Read more
We love this place, and have been to this location many times. I like all the cocktails. It has a good ambience. The staff is... friendly and has great customer service. In their Menu, very less options for vegan/ vegetarian. We ordered some appetizers,everything was delicious. Great place to hang out with friends. Read more
We came in on a Saturday evening and it was quite crowded. The waitresses were very polite and attentive and we didn’t feel... neglected. The food came at a reasonable time and it was quite delicious. I had the Mexican bowl and it was truly filling withtons of fresh ingredients. It reminded me of summer! My boyfriend had the Thai bowl and he enjoyed it very much. The AsiagoBowtie Pasta is also highly recommended. That’s one of my top dishes at Jack Astor’s! Never let’s me down. Oct 17 2022 6:16 pm. Kass was our server so nice so energetic and welcoming. Food was good and brought out quickly. Now the... negatives, I am in a wheelchair so barrier free is important to me. The auto door opener was broken my party had to hold thedoors open. We brought this to greeting staff, there reply was we've asked for it to be fixed but nobody has been out tofix.... not good. The the bathrooms no auto doors so I had to struggle with them. Then when I got in the barrier free stalldoor swings open and blocks the entrance, I attempted to close the door but this is its normal position, so.i had to maneuverthe door around the urinals not really barrier free.
