I ordered a salmon roll and a spicy salmon roll. There's a trend locally to add crunchy tempura, which isn't done where I come... from. The rice kernels were tough, cold and not well seasoned with mirin and rice vinegar. One piece of salmon had grizzle so Icould not chew through it and had to spit it out. I ordered thru DoorDash for my delivery. I can say that the food is amazing! Good amount of serving for each meal since I can... eat the half first then the other half later. Creamy Katsu was my favorite! I just got a bit overwhelmed with Mighty Fried Riceas there was too much meat but I guess that's a good thing too. Spicy Salmon Roll was also delish!
